GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
PLACING THE ORDER
- The General Sales Conditions of Weelko Barcelona S.L. are implicitly accepted by the Distributor once an order is placed and the quote is accepted.
- The Distributor is required to submit a written order. Weelko Barcelona S.L. will inform the Distributor about product availability, delivery time, and provide the required quote.
- Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment by bank transfer.
- For special products or out-of-stock items, Coinfycare may require a 30% advance payment by bank transfer. Once available, Coinfycare will notify the Distributor to proceed with the remaining 70% payment and arrange shipment.
- Promotions are valid only until the established expiration date or while supplies last, except for typographical errors.
PRICES
6. Prices shown in the price list and on the website do not include taxes and transport.
7. Weelko Barcelona S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time but commits to maintaining established prices for current offers, except for typographical errors.
PRODUCT DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
- Goods are sold EXW from Berga (Barcelona) and are always shipped at the Distributor’s risk and expense, even if managed by Weelko Barcelona S.L. The company assumes no liability for loss, damage, or any incidents related to transport.
- The Distributor must provide all necessary information for customs clearance and a smooth delivery.
- To file a claim with Weelko Barcelona S.L. related to transport (e.g., damage, non-compliance, or order error), the recipient must note “Reservation claim” on the carrier’s delivery slip. For visible damage to the product or packaging, write “Accepted with visible damage” and notify Weelko Barcelona S.L. within 24 hours to lodge a complaint. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours or if issues were not noted on the delivery slip.
- Delivery delays do not grant the Distributor the right to cancel orders or reject goods.
- Weelko Barcelona S.L. reserves the right to split orders into multiple deliveries at no additional cost.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
- After reviewing returned goods at the Berga facility, Weelko Barcelona S.L. will issue a credit note if everything is in order.
WARRANTY

Weelko Barcelona, S.L. guarantees materials against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, with the invoice serving as the warranty certificate.

The Distributor is responsible for resolving incidents during and after the warranty period, with the Manufacturer’s support in the Distributor’s territory when possible.

The Distributor must send a detailed report to the Manufacturer to identify the issue.

Once identified, the Distributor should specify the required part. If under warranty, the Manufacturer will provide the part free of charge; however, transport costs are covered by the Distributor or included in a Distributor’s order.

If the Distributor cannot identify the issue, the part or product must be sent to the Manufacturer for inspection or repair, with the Distributor covering transport costs.

Warranty is provided exclusively at the Weelko premises in Berga (Barcelona), and the Distributor is responsible for transport costs.

After the warranty period, the Distributor covers costs for parts, labor, and transport.
